Promotional and Performance Photography
THE BRIEF
The Dad Hats band wanted a set of promotional photos for their upcoming album release materials. The images needed to work across social, promotional, and design asset needs while giving the band a distinct visual identity.
THE IDEA
I translated the band's pop-punk sound into a visual language that uses kaleidoscopic lens filters and stretched colors to create an 80s sci-fi pulp feel.
Additional portrait and ensemble photography of the band members was also delivered.
